ANC Strengthens Crew Development and Compliance During Manila Visit

ANC’s Technical, Operations and Crew Management teams convened in Manila between 25–27 November 2025, for a RightShip-focused seminar held at the Magsaysay Headquarters.

The program, tailored to ANC’s operational policies and aligned with RISQ 3.2 implementation and DryBMS standards, reinforced the Company’s commitment to maintaining the highest levels of safety, compliance and operational excellence.

 A key highlight was the introduction of the “Jump-In” Career Development Program, an e-platform available to all crew members, designed to enhance onboard performance through structured training and continuous professional development.

The visit also included candidate interviews, crew rotation planning, and engagement sessions with seafarers. Activities concluded with a friendly basketball game promoting team spirit, followed by the Company’s annual Christmas celebration honoring long service

and career development achievements.
