ANC day conference in Manila

On the 12th of February, ANC's Technical and Crew Managers, conducted a day-conference at ANC's Manila offices situated within the Magsaysay headquarters. The purpose of the conference was to address several key agenda items, including the following:

1. Fleet expansion updates
2. Annual Audits 2023
3. Interviews with new candidates
4. Discussions with officers
5. Preparations for upcoming line-ups and crew rotations
6. New environmental regulations, with a specific focus on decarbonization
7. Topics related to eexi, cii, and seemp part III
8. Exploring emerging technologies and alternative fuels
9. Procurement matters

During the conference, ANC's fleet director Capt. Ernel delivered an informative session on "ANC Career Developments and Leadership and Mental Health," providing valuable insights and guidance in these areas.
